Terms & Conditions
Cottages will be available from 4pm onwards. We ask that on the final day of your stay you vacate the property by 10am Please contact us if you wish to arrive earlier.
A deposit of 50% of the stay is required to secure your booking. Full balance to be paid 30 days before arrival. Payable by Paypal, BACS or by cheque (payable to Miss T A Webb).
If you have to cancel please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to re-let the cottage(s) and return your payment. If this is not possible, and cancellation is 14 days or less before arrival no refund will be available. If booking is cancelled more then 14 days before arrival the deposit will not be refunded. Therefore, a HOLIDAY CANCELLATION PROTECTION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.
Following your booking, in the unlikely event of your cottage(s) becoming unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, every effort will be made to provide an alternative cottage in the area or a complete refund will be paid including the deposit.
The number of persons and pets occupying the cottage must not exceed that stated when the booking was made, unless agreed previously with the Owners.
The visitor and their party must comply with these Terms and conditions as well as the regulations displayed in the cottage. Where there is a breach of the Terms and conditions by the visitors, the owners have the right to ask the visitors to leave.
The doors must be locked and windows closed when the property is unoccupied.
There is no smoking allowed in the cottages or laundry room.
Well behaved, fully house-trained pets are welcome, but must not be allowed on the furniture or left unattended in the cottage. Please do not let them foul the cottage gardens or courtyard. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE.
We would ask that you leave the cottage as you found it. Please notify us of any damages or loss that has occurred during your stay. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or see that a suitable replacement is made.
No bicycles inside the cottage. We have a secure bicycle storage room.
The owners reserve the right to access the cottage during your stay. This would only be at reasonable times and with prior notice, except in emergency circumstances.
The Owners cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to Hirers’ property, or for personal injury, or damage to cars.
The Owners endeavour to maintain high standards of comfort and cleanliness at all times. The Hirer must therefore undertake to keep all furniture, fittings and effects in the same good condition as they were found.
WiFi: You agree that you are fully responsible for your activities whilst using this internet service and that the provision of this service is a privilege and not a right. You also agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activity and that you respect privacy and security of other users. You also understand that we do not guarantee privacy and security.
